If you forgot your personal belongings inside the car after you’ve returned it and ended your trip, please contact us right away via Facebook or by emailing us at support@shiftride.com.

You can alternatively book the car again to pick up your item, then end your trip and let us know so we refund you for that booking. Otherwise, we will do our best to get in touch with the car owner and retrieve the lost item. Please note that ShiftRide is not responsible for any lost properties.
