You’re responsible for paying parking tickets or fines you receive during your trip directly. If there are unpaid tickers, ShiftRide will collect the ticket and pay for it at an additional cost to you. 

After receiving the ticket, safely hold on to it, make the payment, and send us a receipt as proof. You can do this by messaging us on the app with your booking information to report it to us, failure to do so can cause extra fees placed on your account.
