ShiftRide provides insurance on top of every booking for its members. From the start time of the trip to the end time of the trip, drivers who meet our eligibility requirements are covered via our insurance policy. If there are accidents, damages, or theft, we charge a $1,000 fee for the insurance deductible from your account.

Please report any issues including accidents and damages to us by sending an email to support@shiftride.com immediately. Failure to do so may result in extra fees applied to your account.
