If you suspect that the car has been towed, proceed with the following procedures:
- Call your regional police (through the non-emergency line) to check if the vehicle has been towed or impounded. If there are no reports of the vehicle being towed, the vehicle could have been involved in an auto theft. In this case, message us through the app so we can look into it as soon as possible.
- If you've determined that the vehicle has been impounded, message us through the app with your booking information, and we’ll take care of the rest. Fees may apply to your account as a result of the towing.
