In the rare event that your car does get damaged during a booking with ShiftRide, we will be able to take care of it for you under our insurance coverage. We require that you report any issues regarding damages to your car within 48 hours of the incident through Messaging us on Facebook or emailing us at support@shiftride.com. We will do an inspection and fix the issue for you. If this causes any inconvenience for you, we will try our best to provide you with an alternative method of transportation until your car is fixed.

The user responsible for the damages will then be charged and this will affect their rating, helping us continue to provide access to only safe drivers.
