In the rare event that your car does get damaged during a booking with ShiftRide, we will be able to take care of it for you under our insurance coverage

We require that you report any issues regarding damages to your car within 48 hours of the incident through messaging us in the app or emailing us at support@shiftride.com. You will need to specify which booking caused the issue and we need to verify this with the responsible driver for the claim to be acceptable.

The user responsible for the damages will then be charged and this will affect their rating, helping us continue to provide access to only safe drivers.
