In the rare event, your car gets stolen during a ShiftRide subscription, we will be able to take care of it for you under our insurance coverage. We require that you report any issues regarding the auto theft within 48 hours by emailing us at support@shiftride.com.

While we take care of things for you, if this causes any inconvenience for you, we will try our best to provide you with an alternative method of transportation until you are reimbursed.

Please note: if your vehicle is stolen outside of a subscription period, ShiftRide is not responsible and you will need to make a claim through your insurance company.
