Before an Upcoming Subscription
- Make sure your car has a full tank of gas and is clean and sanitized (especially the frequently touched areas like the door handles, steering wheel, etc).
- If they're picking up the car, please ensure the car is ready to go from there. If you're providing delivery, please have the car delivered to the customer at the agreed times.
- Remove any valuables you may have in the car.
- Take photos of all sides of the car, the interior, and the fuel gauge and odometer. We require that you send these to us for them to be valid.
- If you're meeting in person, verify that the correct customer is picking up your car.
- Handoff the car to the customer and go about your day, as you earn passive income!
What else do I need to know?
When a user books a subscription, we'll send you a notification via email with the customer's information, insurance pink slips, and more. Please be sure to check your email often.
If your schedule changes and you need your car off ShiftRide, please let us know via our online chat.
