If you’ve gotten into an accident and/or have obtained a ticket/violation since your last booking with ShiftRide, it could affect your eligibility. If you've fallen outside of the eligibility criteria, you will not be able to use the service and may be declined insurance coverage from future subscriptions.

We require you to report this to us immediately before booking cars in the future. Please do so by contacting support@shiftride.com as soon as possible. Failure to do so could result in future implications and fees placed on your account.
