When you complete your subscription, you will be sent a confirmation email and given the exact parking location to find the car at. Sometimes, the car provider may need to provide additional pick up instructions to you. If that's the case, please contact them via the contact information found in the email sent to you.
Unable to reach the car provider?
If you're still unable to find the car and the car provider isn't responding to you. Please message us through shiftride.com. We can help you contact the car provider to find the car, provide you with alternative options, or cancel your trip. Please note that there may be cancellation fees applied.
