What if I'm not able to reach the car provider?

If you're unable to reach them on time, please find the nearest free and safe parking location and send us a message via our online chat so we know about it and can inform the car provider.

Please note that you are responsible for parking tickets and/or towing fees if you’ve parked the car in an unsuitable location.
