Car providers do their best to keep cars clean and sanitized for your safety in between subscriptions. If you find a small mess inside of the car, please contact your car provider directly and let them know. They may be able to provide you with a reasonable solution.
What if the car is extremely dirty?
If the car is extremely dirty and you don't find it pleasing to drive, please get in touch with us via our online chat and let your car provider know about this. Please do send us photos of the interior of the car that clearly show the condition before picking up the car.
Once we verify your photos, we may be able to reimburse you with a cleaning fee via refund or provide credits for your future subscription. Please note that if you drive off with the car before sending us photos or reporting this to us, you will not be eligible for cleaning fees or any credits.
