This is totally up to you as the car provider. We want to ensure that both you and the customer are safe during the key exchange. Usually, car providers exchange keys in one of two ways:

Meet in person while maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask. This allows you to see and verify the customer who is picking up your car. This also ensures you're both taking proactive measures against COVID-19.

Exchange remotely via a Lockbox or Keybox. Sometimes, car providers prefer to leave a lockbox inside the car or attached to the door handle of the car. Car providers will then send the code to that lockbox for the customer to access to keys. In this case, please send clear instructions to your customer so they're fully aware and know how to obtain the keys.

No matter which route you take, please do your part in keeping the customer and yourself safe by taking the recommended measures.
