You’re responsible for paying parking tickets or fines you receive during your trip directly. If there are unpaid tickers, the car provider may request for reimbursement through our chat. If there are unpaid tickets, there is a $15 admin fee that is charged on top of the ticket fees.
How do I pay for the parking ticket myself?
After receiving the ticket, safely hold on to it, make the payment through the instructions on the back of the ticket. When you do this, send us a receipt as proof of payment to avoid getting charged for the ticket.
You can do this by messaging us on shiftride.com with your subscription reference number to report it to us, failure to do so can cause extra fees placed on your account.
