If you forgot your personal belongings inside the car after you’ve returned it and ended your trip, please contact us right away via the chat option in our app or by emailing us at support@shiftride.com.

You can alternatively book the car again to pick up your item, then end your trip and let us know through our live chat so we refund you for that booking. 

Otherwise, we will do our best to get in touch with the car owner and retrieve the lost item. Please note that ShiftRide is not responsible for any lost properties.
