If you forgot your personal belongings inside the car after you’ve returned it and ended your subscription, please contact your car provider right away. If you don't have their contact information, you can contact us via chat on our website and we'll help you contact them.

Please arrange with the car provider to obtain your lost item. Please note that ShiftRide and the car provider are NOT responsible for any lost properties. Always double check your belongings when returning a subscribed car.
