If you determine that there's something mechanically wrong with the car, please get in touch with your car provider immediately. If the car is not in a suitable condition to be driven, please arrange for roadside assistance through the car provider's preferred roadside company, unless you are outside their operating region. 

Mechanical issues with the vehicle are covered and you are not responsible for paying to repair the vehicle unless its been determined by the vehicle provider or the mechanic that the issue arose from your improper usage of the vehicle during your subscription period.
