Yes, if you're looking to book a car a couple of days or weeks ahead of your preferred subscription start date, you may reserve it. The car provider will need to confirm the availability of the car for your selected start date and when they do, we can reserve it for you.
You will not be required to pay the refundable deposit or weekly payment upfront. However, In order to reserve a car, you will need to pay a $100 Reservation Fee. At least 24 hours before your subscription starts, we will require the remainder of your deposit and weekly payment fees.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, you may cancel an upcoming reservation, but please note that you will lose your reservation fee and it will not be refunded. Car providers work hard to ensure the car stays reserved for you and to keep the platform fair, they will need to be compensated for upcoming trips that are cancelled.
