When a customer requests to book a subscription with your car, we will first sign them up and verify their eligibility to use the service. After this, we'll get in touch with you via text or a phone call to confirm the availability of the car with you and confirm the subscription.

When both the car provider and customer agree on the subscription date and times, we'll charge the customer for their first week of subscription and a refundable deposit. At that point, you'll receive an email confirmation with the contact information of the customer and they will be able to contact you to arrange a pick up or delivery.
