ShiftRide's insurance slip is digital and shown right in the app. In the event you need to access it, simply go to the ShiftRide app, press "My Trip" after you pick up the car and tap "Insurance Slip". If your phone has run out of battery or you don't have access to it, please give us a call immediately at +1 (833) 744-3833.
